This online service allows individuals to apply for a detailed traffic history report in Queensland for a fee. The report provides a comprehensive overview of your driving record, including your full name, gender, date of birth, residential address, and customer reference number (licence number).
If you have committed any traffic offences, the report will also include:
- Offence details such as offence date, description, demerit points, result date, outcomes, and monetary penalties.
- Information about any licence sanction notices issued.
- Periods of licence suspension, cancellation, or disqualification.
Please note:
- Traffic history records are available from 8 April 1993 onwards.
- Reports typically show traffic history details for the last 5 years, but different date ranges can be requested.
- The report reflects the most recent information available in Queensland transport records.
